Provide ongoing video editing support for RP Capital’s marketing team by repurposing podcast episodes into short-form content for social platforms.

Work closely with the podcast production team, who handle the full-length edit, and extract compelling, high-impact segments tailored for reels and short-form distribution.

The focus is to:

• Increase reach through short-form content

• Highlight educational and authority-driven moments

• Support consistent weekly content output

My Role

• Review raw podcast episodes weekly

• Identify at least 5 strong, high-value topics per episode

• Strategically select segments with strong hooks and engagement potential

• Edit and format short-form videos (Reels / Shorts format)

• Add captions, pacing cuts, and visual enhancements

• Optimize for retention and scroll-stopping performance
